1. Event Participation
Hoboken SantaCon 2026 is a daytime Christmas-themed bar crawl taking place on December 19, 2026, in Hoboken, New Jersey. Participation requires a valid ticket and check-in wristband. We reserve the right to modify event details — including participating venues, times, entertainment, and routes — at any time without prior notice.
2. Age Requirement
Hoboken SantaCon is a 21+ only event. All attendees must be at least 21 years of age and must present valid government-issued photo identification at check-in. No exceptions will be made. Attendees who cannot verify their age will be denied entry without refund.
3. Ticket Policy
All ticket sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or transfers. Tickets are purchased through our ticketing partner, SquadUP. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy. In the unlikely event that the Event is cancelled entirely by the organizers, refund eligibility will be determined at our sole discretion.
Tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly permitted. Duplicate, counterfeit, or resold tickets may be voided without refund.
4. Assumption of Risk
By attending Hoboken SantaCon, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to:
- Risks associated with alcohol consumption
- Injuries from slips, falls, or contact with other attendees
- Exposure to weather conditions
- Exposure to loud music and crowded environments
- Risks associated with travel to and from event venues
- Illness or injury of any kind
You acknowledge that participation in a bar crawl involves inherent risks and agree to exercise personal responsibility at all times.
5. Alcohol Disclaimer
Hoboken SantaCon involves venues that serve alcoholic beverages. We do not serve, sell, or distribute alcohol directly. All alcohol service is provided by independently owned and operated participating venues, which are solely responsible for compliance with New Jersey liquor laws. You agree to drink responsibly and comply with all applicable laws. We reserve the right to remove any attendee who appears intoxicated or behaves in an unsafe manner.
6. Code of Conduct
All attendees are expected to:
- Treat fellow participants, venue staff, and Hoboken residents with respect
- Follow instructions from event staff, security, and venue employees
- Refrain from destructive, violent, harassing, or unlawful behavior
- Not litter or damage public or private property
- Comply with all local, state, and federal laws
We reserve the right to revoke your wristband and remove you from the Event at any time, without refund, for violations of this code of conduct or for any behavior we deem disruptive or dangerous.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and design — is the property of Hoboken SantaCon or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. "Hoboken SantaCon" and associated branding are trademarks of Hoboken SantaCon. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this Site without our prior written consent.
8. Photo & Media Release
By attending Hoboken SantaCon, you consent to being photographed, filmed, and recorded. You grant Hoboken SantaCon and its partners a perpetual, royalty-free license to use your likeness in promotional materials, social media, and marketing content without compensation or further notice.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hoboken SantaCon, its owners, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, purchase of tickets, or participation in the Event — including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, lost profits, or emotional distress.
Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the price you paid for your ticket.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Hoboken SantaCon, its owners, officers, employees, agents, partners, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your participation in the Event, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.
